The word says in malachi chapter three verse eight,  "will a man rob God?

 

But ye say how have we robbed thee, through tithes and offering". the bible also says,

where your treasure is so shall your heart be".

When we give 10 percent, or however much God puts on our hearts to give, we are trusting him with our hearts, and he will open the windows of heaven and pour us out a blessing so much so that there shall not be room enough to receive it all.
